What is included with the Venue?

*We set up all tables and chairs as you want them placed per diagram.
Does The Depot Warehouse have a facility director?
Yes, The Depot Warehouse does have a facility director that will be at your event. This will be your go-to person the day of your event. This person will ensure your event runs smoothly from beginning to end. This person is not defined as a wedding planner or wedding coordinator.
Can I bring my own caterer to The Depot Warehouse?
No, we offer our in-house catering from our award winning catering company, for all event catering needs.
Can I bring in my own florist to The Depot Warehouse?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own florist to The Depot Warehouse. Although, we do offer flowers and décor if needed through our award winning floral & design company.
Does The Depot Warehouse offer linen rentals?
No, we do not provide, offer, nor place linens for any special event.
Does The Depot Warehouse allow us to provide Beer, Wine, or Liquor?
No we offer in-house bar services. We work with you on selecting the alcohol, beer, or wine you are wanting for your wedding and we provide all beer, wine, alcohol, bartender(s), bar set up, and service for your event.
Does The Depot Warehouse offer licensed bartenders and security guards if I have alcohol at my event?
Yes, we do provide bartenders when booking bar services through our in-house bar services. Yes, we do offer security guards at an additional charge for any event that has alcohol.
Do I have to have event insurance if I have my event is at The Depot Warehouse?
We highly recommend event insurance, due to the unforeseen events that may occur, however it is not a requirement.
What is needed to secure/book my event date?
We divide into 3 payments. The first is due upon booking and signing a contract.
What does your pricing include?
Pricing includes: full-day access, (15) 60” Round tables, (5) 6 foot Rectangular tables, 300 Chairs, and an assortment of other specialty tables, such as farm tables.
Does The Depot Warehouse require a Security Depot?
Yes, we require a $750 security deposit to cover any damages that may occur during client’s event. The security deposit is 100% refundable if there are no damages. A personal check is accepted.
