The Venue

Welcome to Mississippi’s newest event space! The Depot Wedding & Event Space located in the charming downtown of Columbus, Mississippi.

The Depot was built in 1886 by the Georgia Railway Company. The Depot offers two event spaces and is able to accommodate up to 350 guests for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and any other special occasion you could imagine. The southern historic venue offers 6,300 square foot of recent renovations with modern conveniences. Massive crystal chandeliers, exposed brick, refinished original wooden floors, rustic wooden beams, are a few things that will leave your guests in awe for your most amazing day!

The Depot is by far one of Mississippi’s most unique wedding venues. It is an amazing mix of historic character with a chic modern industrial flare.

The Depot is a full service event space which has partnered with the award winning catering and design company, Elements Catering and Floral Design, to make your vision into reality. We offer exceptional events, amazing service, and cherished memories!

The Depot Event Venue is a full service firm that provides in-house catering, in-house bar services, optional floral services, and optional prop and decor rentals through our sister company, Elements Catering and Floral Design.
